Blink Charging Hellas “powers up” education with 16 charging stations
Blink Charging Hellas, a leading e-mobility provider, expands its presence in the field of education, bringing sustainable mobility technology closer to the new generation. The first Blink charging station in an educational institution was installed in September 2021, marking the beginning of a strategic initiative that continues to grow steadily. Today, four years later, a total of seven educational and research institutions across the country have chosen to collaborate with Blink Charging Hellas, hosting 16 charging stations on their premises — combining technology with environmental responsibility.
Among these collaborations are CGS (Costeas-Geitonas School), Ellinogermaniki Agogi, the National Centre for Scientific Research “Demokritos,” and the Lefkippos Technology Park. Blink Charging Hellas also maintains a strong presence in Crete, through the Science and Technology Park of Crete, as well as on the university campuses in Rethymno and Heraklion.
The installation of charging stations in schools, research centers, and universities not only meets practical needs but also plays a key role in shaping a new culture of sustainable mobility. It strengthens the image of these institutions as pioneers in environmental responsibility, offers students access to modern technologies, and highlights the leading role of the academic community in the transition toward a greener future.
Through these strategic partnerships, Blink Charging Hellas demonstrates its firm commitment to building a modern and sustainable charging network throughout Greece. By starting from educational institutions — spaces where knowledge is cultivated and future citizens are shaped — the company invests in the next generation and in fostering a culture of green mobility.
