1. Competition Organizer

The societe anonyme with the name “Blink Charging Hellas MAE” (hereinafter referred to as “Blink”), based in 8,Egaleo Piraeus, 18545, organizes the following promotional event entitled “Instagram -” Charge your Summer! ” (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”), with the following terms of participation (hereinafter the “Terms”) which will be posted and constantly updated, on the official Blink website https: // https://blinkcharging.gr/nea/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

The purpose of these terms is to determine the terms of participation in the Competition.

Participation in the Competition constitutes an automatic and unconditional acceptance of these Terms without any further charge or procedure.

The duration of the Competition is defined:

1. Competition Draws

There will be three draws to select three different winners.

– Friday, June 24 2022 at 15:00

– Friday, July 29, 2022 at 15:00

– Friday  August 2022 at 15:00

 

1. Right to participate in the Competition

Eligible to participate in the Competition are those who are residents of Greece and have completed the 21st year of age. The employees and the members of the board of directors of the companies Blink Charging Hellas MAE and Olympic Commercial and Tourist Enterprises Sole Proprietors SA are excluded from the Competition. as well as their first and second degree relatives and their spouses.

It is clarified that Facebook does not associate, manage, promote or support this program in any way.

 

1. Correct Participation in the Competition

For the correct participation in the Competition you will need to follow the following steps:

– Like the Post of the Competition

– Follow Blink’s corporate profile on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/blinkcharging_hellas/

– Follow Avis’s corporate profile on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/avisgreece/

– Add a comment to the post of the Contest, with reference to two of their friends on Instagram (Multiple comments can be made by one user).

The above four steps must all be done correctly.

The respective profile will be checked during the draw process.

 

1. Competition Gift

The prize of the Competition is the provision of an Avis electric car (Nissan Leaf) and a free charging card, in the Blink network.

The Gift is specific, personal and can not be exchanged, nor can it be requested to be replaced with another or redeemed for cash or other gifts, at any price. The gift that will be delivered in accordance with these terms is provided in the state in which it is and is, excluding the application of the provisions on seller liability or other provisions establishing liability in relation to actual defects, agreed properties, etc., in relation to Blink. Also, Blink is in no case responsible for any direct or indirect damages, costs and expenses that may arise from any interruption, malfunction or delay or any other reason related to the prize of the competition. Furthermore, Blink bears no liability, criminal or civil liability to any winner or third party, for any accident that occurred and / or damage and / or bodily or material damage caused to them directly or indirectly related to the prize or for any other reason.

The Prize concerns the three draws that will take place as mentioned above and the dates given for the implementation of each prize are:

– 1-4 July 2022 (Friday-Monday)

– 5-8 August 2022 (Friday-Monday)

– 2-5 September 2022 (Friday-Monday)

 

1. Nomination of Beneficiaries

For this Competition, a total of three (3) winners and three (3) alternates will be announced per draw. Prior to the announcement of the name, a check will be made for the observance of the steps (see term E).

 

1. Beneficiary Information

Blink will undertake the communication and information of the beneficiaries. The information will be made through the mention of the winner in the form of a comment in the post of the Competition and in a  story (via Instagram).

The winner has two working days to contact with the Blink company. Alternatively we will get in touch with the first alternate and so on.

In the framework of this Contest, Blink reserves the right to announce the names and publish photos, audio performances and recordings of the winners on its Websites, in any of its forms, as well as to advertise any relevant event, such as the use of of the Gift etc.

 

 

 

1. Blink Limitation of Liability

Blink and any affiliated companies, their employees and executives are not liable in any way, to the extent permitted by law, for any direct, indirect, moral, positive or other harm resulting from or associated with the realization of this particular reward.

 

1. End of Reward

After the end of the reward as well as the end of the Gift distribution process as mentioned above, any obligation of Blink ceases to exist. Blink will not be liable to any other liabilities to the participants.

 

1. Acceptance of terms – Jurisdiction – Applicable law

Any dispute arising in connection with the Contest and the application of these Terms will be settled amicably by a committee selected by Blink. Furthermore, for any dispute that can not be resolved as defined above in relation to the above Competition, the Courts of Athens are exclusively competent and the applicable law is Greek.

The present terms of participation of the Competition have been registered on the site of Blink https://blinkcharging.gr/.

 

1. Other conditions concerning the use of the vehicle
2. The energy is valid only for Greece.
3. Each winner must contact Avis by email and make a reservation by phone at 210 6879800 at least three (3) days before the rental day. The gift (rental car) includes unlimited kilometers, basic liability coverage, theft liability coverage, local tax, car registration tax and airport / city center surcharge.
4. If the winner wants to extend his rental, he must proceed with the regular rental of the vehicle, at his own expense.
5. For the delivery and use of the vehicle, each winner must meet and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Avis Rental and Lease Agreement and have in his name a credit or debit card, the details of which he will make available Avis for reasons of guaranteeing the good use of the gift.

5.The collection of the gift will take place from one of the Avis stations in Athens. There is no possibility of delivering the car to another area of ​​Greece.

6. During the receipt, each winner must present his / her police ID or valid passport.
7. In case of inability of any winner to receive his prize as described above, the prize may be received by a person legally authorized by him. The amounts of the insurance exemption are adjusted depending on the category of the car to be received and the driver undertakes to pay the amount of liability in case of damage or theft.
8. Rentals are subject to optional costs if each winner chooses: e.g. special equipment, second driver, young driver, extra insurance, etc. In this case each winner will have to pay the amount of optional coverage not included in the prize.
9. There may be restrictions on returning a car to another station than the receiving station.
10. The minimum required age of the driver is 21 years old and drivers under 25 years old are charged a daily cost, which is not included in the gift and must be paid by themselves.
11. The offer is not valid for Avis Prestige rentals or Select Series bookings, Avis Flex, Avis Chauffeur, Van Rental as well as long-term leasing leases.
12. The offer does not include management costs of accident, damage or theft.
13. The car rental offer is not valid in combination with another offer, discount coupon or discount.
